1.Based on given business topics (e.g operational KPI, forecast analysis, cost & revenue analysis), create data analysis and directive advice on linehaul service (airfreight, oceanfreight, trucking) within Crossborder B2C ecommerce network2.
Provide constructive operational advice to team members based on analytical result with combined view points (e.g cost, end to end time, operation process, change management, impact analysis from seller / customer view)3.
Create analyst tool based on online / offline data for linehaul team member 4.Regularly monitor linehaul performance on cost and leadtime, identify & present problem by using underlying operation parameters (e.
g cargo commodity group, volumetric ratio, physical port, export / import clearance process or milestone data); Based on this, develop improvement actions to team manager.
2.Minimum 6 years working experience in operational analysis, P / L management, logistic analysis based on advanced tools (e.
g BI, SQL) a MUST. Also, woked in forwarding / eComm industry experience will be definitely is a plus.3.Solid understanding of project management with proven successful experience in managing multiple logistics project(s).
4.Excellent excel (e.g formula, marco) and SQL skill, it is a MUST5.Excellent communication skills with diversified functional and ASEAN team(s) over online communication in multiple languages.
6.Fluent English; proficient in Mandarin is a must
