The top international and luxury group is seeking for a Regional Trade Marketing Manager to join their energetic team to implement trade marketing plan for the brand in Asia Pacific, and to support the achievement of the retail sales and elevate brand image, it is a great opportunity for someone desiring to build an international career at the world class brand.

Industry : Luxury beauty. To develop and implement the Trade marketing strategy to contribute towards brand growth targets and cross-

  • category business objectives; To increase company sales by generating specific activities for retailers through leveraging global brand positioning and category penetration;
  • To implement, monitor and improve processes to link all marketing with commercial activities; To bring field intelligence to define brand specific animations including marketing aspects (merchandising, retail and digital);
  • To develop understanding of shoppers in the region through co-working with operators on shopper insight generation, and also prepare insights of product feedback to the Central team To provide sales forecasts for each animations and closely track of costs, sales results and operation profit, and prepare reports for management

  • University Degree or above (MBA Preferred)
  • 3-5 years’ experience in Marketing / Trade Marketing (preferably in FMCG or luxury goods);
  • Fluent in spoken & written English, Mandarin and Cantonese;
  • Experience in monitoring and utilizing budgets;
  • Strong capability of reporting and working within a matrix structure;
  • Creative, dynamic and high levels of integrity and trustworthiness
