Applicants should have a Ph.D. degree, with at least 1-year full-time work experience. Experience and a track record in protein expression, cell culture, regular molecular experiments, and animal handling would be an advantage.
The appointee is expected to work on the study of pancreatic beta cell biology, cloning and purification of adenovirus, extracting and culturing islets ex vivo, and exploration of potential signaling networks.
He / She will also coordinate with other team members to identify and screen novel functional protein or potential targets, and generate new research projects related with obesity or diabetes.
