Who we're looking for
WeLab is looking for a Senior Officer, Capital Markets to join the WeLend team!
What you will be doing
Diligently support Capital Markets Team to formulate and execute short-term and long-term strategies for establishing sustainable, low-cost funding from multiple sources;
Efficiently conduct market research and analysis on the macro-economic, capital markets transactions and competitor analysis to explore potential funding partners and new Capital Markets initiatives;
Proactively handles deal execution process, including due diligence, documentation, drafting of presentation, reporting and meeting minutes;
Prepare funding / cashflow models and sensitivity analysis for potential capital markets initiatives;
Work with the relevant internal teams as a good Team Player to formulate and execute on execution plans relating to operations / IT systems including but not limited to new product & funding launch, portfolio management, reporting and monitoring;
Professionally assist in managing day-to-day effective communication with all stakeholders;
Handle other ad hoc capital markets projects

What is required and what we’re looking for
Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or related discipline from a top tier university;
At least 3 - 6 years work experience in corporate finance / debt capital markets in reputable banks, investment firms or corporates;
Good interpersonal and communication skills to closely work with internal and external stakeholders;
Strong analytical skills and highly self-motivated to take up challenges;
Attention to details and be able to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced business environment;
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Words, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook) and
Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese
Candidate with more experience will be considered as Assistant Manager, Capital Markets
