  • Also to identify opportunities / issues for Life Administration and recommend actions to Senior Management.Job Responsibilities : Oversee the full project lifecycle, from initiation through to management of any post implementation issues : manage the backlog of change requests, agreeing shifting prioritizations with the user community;
  • defining and owning the ongoing maintenance of the roadmap in close cooperation with business stakeholdersChair / Facilitate regular project meetings, follow up with project team members as required to focus on business and operational issues / technical issues;
  • monitoring all project issues to ensure clearance with minimal impact to project progressProduce effective progress reports to keep senior management appraised of project status, major risks and issues, scope changes, resource changes and milestone achievement or missesIdentify emerging business issues and / or opportunities in Life Administration during the course of project handling / trend and analyses, lead changes, recommend feasible solutions / actions and drive the implementation of action items agreed with Senior ManagementAnticipate and identify potential issues / opportunities in LOE;
  • recommend actions to Senior Management; drive changes in LOE & recommend best practices / policies for LOE continuous improvementMaximize contribution of each LOE members by concise assessment on and effective mobilization of LOE resources with reference to the most up-

  • to-date work prioritization as well as the practical needs to ensure quality deliverables as per agreed project schedule;
  • and regular and continuous staff nurturing programDay to day management of Business Analyst Team and resolve problems escalated from the teamJob Requirements : Degree holder in any disciplineAt least 10 years relevant practical experience with minimum 4 years in management levelProven ability to lead delivery of scalable projectsExcellent analytical and problem solving skillsExcellent people management with strong desire to lead by exampleProficient in MS word and Excel
