Job Summary : You will be responsible for completing a variety of day to day general insurance policy administration tasks including policy data capture, policy endorsements, certificates, binders, cancellations or other necessary tasks as needed. Job Duties :
To process all new and renewal policies into our systems or for manual issuance
Liaise with underwriters to assist with their review and submissions
Develop and maintain positive and constructive working relationship with underwriters and policy processing associates to provide high quality service to clients
To perform office duties to collate information and produce documents to support the operation and management of the business.
To ensure policy are delivering quality and timely to both internal and external customers.
To exceed customer expectation by achieving all SLAs including response time, accuracy, turnaround time
To manage an effective filing system so as to provide timely policy administrative support
