Who we're looking for
We are looking for an energetic Head of IT to join our WeLend team.
Reporting to the HK GM, the incumbent will be a key member of the HK management team to own and manage all aspects of the development and system infrastructure of WeLend’s online lending platform.
What you will be doing
Oversee the IT department to ensure stable systems performance
Lead the local infrastructure, application development and support teams as well as offshore shared services team
Develop strategic IT plans to the Management to achieve company goals and objectives
Lead and manage IT projects with different teams to ensure successful project deployment
Work proactively with business users to understand their needs
Manage external vendors and outsourcing service providers
Prepare and control annual budgeting on IT department
Project management ensure project go live on time, and within budget
Provide mentorship to team members and setup a platform environment to nurture organic growth
About you :
You're a go-getter with mad juggling skills (or multiple hats) who can thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment
You have a strong thirst for knowledge and are driven to find solutions that don't exist yet
You are comfortable with ambiguity and extremely resourceful (in your past life you could've been a detective)

What is required and what we’re looking for :
Bachelor degree of Information Technology and any related disciplines
Strong experience in application development, architect and project management
Experience in acting as the IT head or solution head
Successful track record of managing multi project delivery and roll out
Good command of Chinese and English
Good communication skills, leadership skill and interpersonal skill
