Business Function

Corporate and Investment Banking provides corporate customers with a full range of commercial banking products and services, including cash management services, current accounts, time deposits, trade finance, working capital finance, term loans and foreign exchange.

Responsibilities :

Towork closely with Banca team and other relevant stakeholders / units (for eg.associated insurance companies / brokers) to :

  • i) alignmenton the understanding on the insurance related requirements and internalworkflows;
  • ii) ensure the IBG Insurance Referral models works properly withgood compliance;
  • iii) ensure relevant guidelines, referral workflows, standardforms / templates are updated;
  • iv) assist and to coordinate on insurance &Premium Financing related regulatory reporting;
  • v) reconcile related referralconsent documents etc
  • Toensure departmental control function checklists ( DCFC ) are timely conducted
  • To conduct RCSA sample check, documenting thetesting / results and following up on ratification actions
  • Toassist in the preparation of internal reporting and regulatory reporting andensure timely completion
  • Tocoordinate and assist on the procedure manual / guidelines update under BPPM
  • Totrack and follow up with IBG colleagues to ensure timely completion ofmandatory trainings
  • Toassist in ad-hoc assignments relating to compliance, regulations, and audit concerningIBG
  • Anyother tasks assigned by supervisors
  • Requirements :

  • Universitydegree graduate or above.
  • Proficiencyin the use of MS office including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Minimum4-5 years’ relevant experience in banking industry.
  • Goodunderstanding on various types of insurance products and insurance relatedregulatory requirements.
  • Concernfor data accuracy and attention to details.
  • Goodanalytical / problem solving skills.
  • Goodcommunication and interpersonal skills.
