  • Our Client, a well-established bank in Hong Kong, is looking for high calibers to join them for the above position.
  • Job Description

  • To lead & manage a team to handle general administrative duties on office procurement, office administration and catering services of the bank
  • To establish proper internal procedures and operation manual in related areas
  • Requirements

  • University graduate / Post-secondary graduate with minimum 10 years office administration experience in sizable organization and at least 4 years in supervisory level
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putunghua)
