MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB

1. Perform technical support and quality control of AWM team in policyadministration and establish process and control points to ensure theregulatory requirements and risk management policy are in place

2. Write up procedural manual ofafter sales processes including policy changes, cash withdrawal and operationaltasks3. Produceanalysis reports to facilitate risk control , process improvement and other related / ad hoc projects

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES :

1. To handle and process escalated cases and provide processing technical support andconduct training to the team to uplift the related knowledge and skills

2. To establish and review operation guidelines and forms for variouspolicy administration tasks

3. To review the existing processes and to establish control points whereappropriate

4. To participate intoprocess improvement projects

5. To coordinate the day-to-day operation amonglife teams when necessary

6.To give advice on individual escalatedcase and complaints

7.To provides qualityadministrative support to seniors and customers when requested

8.Tobuild the team via skill and knowledge transfer

Qualifications

1. Undergraduate or above

2. At least 5 year relevant experience in life insurance industry

3. Knowledge of insurance policy administration, especially in work flow and procedure review and project support experience.

Experience in support the policy administration with vendor service

4. Strong customer service mindset

5. Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
