  • Our client is a well-established banking organization in Hong Kong. They are looking for an experienced HR professional to join them in the Human Resources function.
  • Job Description

  • Provide proactive HR advice to all businesses in the bank
  • Responsibilities include, but not limited to, talent acquisition and retention, manpower planning, performance management, succession planning, and employee engagement projects
  • Contribute in the design and implementation of HR programs and lead related projects
  • Requirements

  • University graduate in a relevant discipline
  • At least 7 years of HR experience as a generalist in the banking / financial sector
  • Possess all round understanding of the different businesses in the bank, including commercial banking, consumer banking, and related product functions
  • A strong relationship builder with excellent level of tact in communicating and working with different levels of staff and senior management
  • Good in HR advisory, as well as good team player, with effective communication skills
