Senior Manager,Regioinal - Food Safety & Quality Assurance (Circa. HK$1M p.a.) Description Responsibilities : Define and establish requirements for the food safety system and work with operations to maintain food safety standards and food handling and sanitation procedures to meet company standards and legislative requirements Develop action plans with operations to quickly rectify issues at restaurant level, review and monitor results.
Conduct product testing for stability of ingredient, shelf life, quality standard and sensory taste. Work with cross functional department to improve pest control management in the restaurants.
Supports, coaches & verifies markets in all aspects of food safety & quality assurance to deliver the quality and value for customers.
Requirements : Degree in biological, or food science or related disciplines and demonstrate an adequate experience related to food service.
Proven track records with last least 10 years QA experience in Food &Beverage industry especially in shop front exposure, of which at least 5 years management experience.
