Job purpose

  • Managing the global Workload scheduler service
  • Managing the global Robotic Process Automation Platform (RPA) service
  • Managing global VDI & VDA delivery to internal and external stakeholders
  • Managing and governing the operational components of the Power Platform service
  • Maintaining staff capabilities through the development and implementation of appropriate training and personnel development programs
  • Providing for the continuous evaluation and introduction of new services and products
  • Ensuring communication, awareness and integration with all other Pernod Ricard IT groups and initiatives
  • Providing operational support to all other I&O Platforms systems including but not limited to Active Directory / AAD & Office 365 (Run of Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, etc )
  • Main roles and responsibilities

  • Daily Operations Manage, deliver and define the strategic roadmap of Automation Platforms for Pernod RicardManage the support and delivery of global I&O Platform services in partnership with I&O Platforms leadership team through our Follow the Sun organization across key services including but not limited to : AD / AAD, Office 365, Email, Teams, Automic, RPAImplement strategic enhancements that will improve the reliability, integrity, security, and performance of the Automation Platform systems and processes.
  • Ensure that all operational KPIs and service level objectives are monitored and achieved.Ensure that staffing levels and skills are properly established and maintained.

    Ensure that budgets are adhered to.Ensure all related problems are logged and tracked in accordance with problem management procedures.

    Participate in trend identification and root cause analysis and correction.Define, document, communicate and ensure adherence to standards and guidelines pertaining to the implementation of front office systems.

    Ensure that appropriate security safeguards are designed, implemented and periodically validated.Maintain a high level of knowledge and awareness of appropriate IT trends and emerging technologies and incorporate them where there is a valid business case to do so.

  • Change Control Process Ensure change control process is adhered to and coordinated with other IT members and vendors that support IT.
  • Problem Management Ensure applications related problems are logged and tracked in accordance with problem resolution procedures.
  • Project Management Technical support for projects.Assist affiliates by maintaining strong relationships with local teams, identifying and sharing best practices through expert missions.
  • Manage IT projects and deliver solutions on time, on budget and on scope, respecting quality standards.Manage project resources (internal and external)

  • Nature & Scope A key resource in global services support, required to interact with peers within the IT Operations Team;
  • I&O, Service Delivery, Digital Workspace & Foundation to drive the operational integrity of key servicesKey member of IT team with input regarding the direction and planning of I&O Platform servicesKey service provider using advanced analytic tools to predictively and proactively prevent IT services issuesRole requires dealing with highly sensitive information and dataManage Opex and Capex budgets as set by the Director, Platforms

  • Vendor Management Ensuring relationship with key providers (internal or outsourced services) in order to promote constant improvement and to ensure management of contract conditions (quality, performance, tool evolutions, etc.).

  • Profile required

  • Education required : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related disciplines
  • Experience / Background : Requires 5+ years of management or team leadership experienceExperience managing message support systems for regional global environmentsExperience developing technology & organizational roadmaps and implementing as agreed Experience managing budgetsDemonstrable major project experienceExperience managing service providers and associated relationshipsLanguage required : Fluent in English
