Participate in shaping the overall vision and roadmap for digital payments of Consumer Banking Business
Collaborate with different stakeholders to ensure our digital payment projects are developed in accordance to industrial and bank regulations
Responsible for end-to-end digital payment projects launch from user journey design to business requirements preparation, and to a timely and smooth rollout
Create prototypes and design customer journey with appropriate design and collaborative tools
Solid data analytic skills and consistently improve customer journey and product essences based on various source of data
Support post-implementation tasks such as user training to touch-points, production enquiries & problem investigation, post implementation review and escalation
Regularly review the voice of customers and digital footprints by means of quantification (data) and qualification (verbatim) to enhance customer experience
Develop & implement ideas to market the benefits and unique selling proposition of digital local payments and grow its online channel share and habitual usage
Compile market research for competitive analysis
Solid experience in digital projects, preferrable in knowledge around local and international digital payment spaces such as FPS, overseas transfers, wallets and payment gateways
Experience and skills on protyping applications including Figma, Sketch, Invision Studio, Adobe XD etc. will be an advantage
Be highly aware of market trend, new technologies, new Fintech products and advisory technologies
Self-motivated, detail-oriented and take charge of responsibilities / area of duties assigned
Team player with good interpersonal skills
Result oriented to drive key metrics including Digital Value Capture, online channel share and revenue
Customer centric with eye for details, to develop best in class digital customer journey
Excellent communication skills to manage internal and external stakeholder
Ability to adjust to constantly changing priorities and dynamic environment
Proficient in project & product management, customer experience, and compliance matters
