Business Development Manager

The Role

  • Managing assigned Local Broker, Corporate Agent & Individual Agent , provide Business development plan, quality & professional insurance service & solutions from provider perspective General Insurance
  • Expanding and developing new business opportunities through broker visit, seminar, networking events, and other marketing activities
  • Bridging AIG business partners and AIG parties (e.g. underwriters, claims) to ensure smooth and effective selling process and convert cases to new businesses
  • Initiate marketing ideas and provide feedbacks on business campaigns, events and align with business strategy
  • Ensure business conduct is fully compliant compliance policy, internal & external regulatory requirements
  • Adhere to and embed the Company’s risk policies, Statement of Operating Standards and any AIG policies, audits, controls and ERM procedures.
  • Our Requirements

  • University graduate with at least 3 years of work experience, industry experience is highly preferred
  • Strong business sense, aggressive, result-oriented and outgoing
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Enjoy working people with and selling B2B2C ideas and develop online platform
  • Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English
  • Good command of computer skills including Microsoft Office applications
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Business Development Manager.
