Marketing Admin Assistant, HKT education Marketing
You will be responsible for education business under HKT education Marketing Team. Major job duties include :
Marketing planning and operation of education business including e-learning devices, MDM, STEM equipment, school admin system and etc.
Develop marketing plans, advertising, direct marketing and campaigns
Work closely with sales team and product team on daily operations of the business
Work closely with in-house or external creative agencies to design marketing materials such as brochures & digital content
Plan and arrange marketing event and activities, e.g. webinar, exhibitions and roadshows
Maintain and update customer databases and provide administrative support to marketing team
Conduct market research & customer questionnaires.
Monitor stock level and shipment schedule, consolidate sales forecast, stock replenishment and payment settlement with vendors
Develop relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external
To succeed in this role
University graduate in Marketing, Communications or Business Administration;
At least 2 years relevant working experience in marketing; less experience will be consider as Marketing Assistant
Knowledge in partnership development and co-op campaigns;
Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese;
Independent and flexible to adjust / response timely under dynamic working environment;
Organized and detail-minded.
