Our client is a leading and reputable property developer in Hong Kong. They are now looking for an analytic talent to join their team as a Marketing Manager Customer Insights & Analytics .


  • Responsible for leading group level analytics projects for retail portfolios in HK and China
  • Plan and manage behavioral and database marketing
  • Formulate CRM tactics & programme performance assessment by driving key KPI and customer insights
  • Provide support to local data analyst on data issues and assist in analytics requirements evaluation
  • Analyze digital marketing programmes across portfolios
  • Compile, process and analyze market intelligence with the local team support and provide key consumer insight
  • Requirements

  • Degree holder in Statistics, Mathematics, Science or other Business related disciplines
  • At least 8 years’ relevant experience in marketing analytics, CRM tactics data mining, segmentation or decision support services
  • Highly innovative in visualising data presentation
  • Proficient in MS SQL Server Stored Procedure skills with experience in using Powered BI, advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint , and other data visualization tools
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with capability to convert complex data findings into a concise and precise version
  • Highly meticulous with ability to deliver accurate, relevant and perceptive results
  • Excellent command in spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
  • Stationed in HK with occasional travel to China
