The role of the Football and Lottery Marketing Department is to develop and implement short and long-term business strategies and plans to support the Club’s sports betting and lottery business.
The department is now seeking a high calibre to fill up the position of Marketing Manager.
lead a team to develop and implement marketing plans to achieve customer and turnover KPIs of football and Mark Six
plan and implement customer acquisition, retention and activation programs
work with advertising and media agencies to develop advertising and media campaigns
drive content roadmap and develop multi-media wagering content with in-house editors, external media and vendors
explore collaboration opportunities to increase product visibility
develop product education and communication materials
oversee the planning and production of wagering publications
manage marketing budget and achieve ROI
You should have
a degree in Business, Marketing or related disciplines
minimum of 8 years’ solid experience in marketing or advertising with at least 5 years at managerial level
proven track record of success in planning and executing marketing campaigns in both traditional and new media
extensive CRM experience; experience in driving multi-media content
strong team leader; highly motivated, fast-paced, creative with ability to lead multiple projects
good project management skills and numerical sense
strong marketing plan write-up and presentation skills
excellent communication skills with proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
experience in sports marketing is a plus
Terms of Employment
The level of appointment will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. A contract employment will be offered to the successful candidate.
Contract renewal will be subject to mutual agreement between the Club and the individual.
