  • Build and execute State Street engagement strategy for the Asset Managers sector in APAC and work together with the Global Segment Lead to influence global value propositionOwn the wallet for the whole of State Street in the Asset Manager segment for the regionIdentify and pursue new business with existing clients and onboard prospect clients across our product spectrum including GS, GM, CRD and Alpha as well as data servicesIdentify new business with existing clients and prospect clients for onboarding across the region by prioritizing resources from the dedicated segment sales team in region, segment coverage and the country head where the existing client or the prospect client is domiciled.
  • Regional Segment and Country must work together to bring new business and new clients to the firmDefend and grow our penetration in the client segment by addressing capability gaps and improving sales force effectivenessBuild and maintain highly strategic and collaborative relationships with this client segment.

    Utilize industry network to penetrate market and build our business further.Target clients currently at competitors with preemptive bids and bold outsourcing proposalsIncrease share of wallet with existing clients through data management and global markets offeringsLock in new revenue, leveraging our first mover advantage on Front-to-Back, our next generation ETF servicing and our data capabilitiesWork with regional and global product teams to influence and drive product improvement, innovation and new capabilities to ensure we are competitive and in a suitable position to win businessWork with product teams to drive a Thought Leadership - position recognized in the industryAddress clients’ profitability challenges and improve the rigor of our pricing processes to mitigate industry price compressionEnsure strategic alignment between sales effort and long-term client goalsIncrease State Street market reputation as a global leader of products and services to the Asset Managers sector Develop strategic partnerships with State Street senior leaders and other key stakeholders including other segment headsWork together with global segment team across regions to support ALL clients in this segment regardless of country of origin.

    Financial goals are shared globally to ensure there is absolute and unquestionable partnership across the segment teams to deliver globality and consistency of service and support to global and cross regional clientsDrive a solutions driven, client centric cultureDrive coverage, sales and create value proportions accretive to this segment of clients.
