Overview
The Senior Video Producer, Asia Pacific, is responsible for the delivery of high-quality branded videos and motion graphics incorporating CBREs brand within a range of applications and activities, not limited to conceptualizing and storyboarding, video planning, video shooting, event video coverage, video editing, motion graphics and animation for our corporate videos, internal and external marketing campaigns, pursuits and business development, leadership and business town halls, leadership communications and promotional brand videos.
The videos are distributed in various digital channels, including CBRE websites, social media, and internal and external events.
Job Summary :
The Senior Video Producer will create highly engaging video content to support CBRE Asia Pacific. At times, working directly and autonomously with our business lines, corporate functions, and other stakeholders on projects and assignments to shoot and produce a diverse range of video projects for internal and external circulation
Collaborate and work with stakeholders to produce relevant video content for marketing and promotional purposes.
Manages end-to-end video production process from briefing, conceptualization, planning, pre and post-production editing to final output including digital file management.
Responsibilities :
Geography : Video role will be responsible for Asia Pacific oversight. The role will also work on Regional initiatives and support the APAC business
Production Coordination : Manage CBREs video material, liaising with clients and relevant suppliers to ensure the job is completed on time and within budget
Regional Collaboration : Must act as liaison with other APAC-based vendors, to ensure the regional team is up to speed on new design initiatives
Innovation and Creativity : Must be passionate about new video trends, upcoming technology, and creative trends
Brand : Be the go-to person and number one brand ambassador for brand consistency through video in the Asia Pacific
Development : Implementation of video adhering to CBRE branding and visual identity as well as ideating creative concepts
Client liaison : Work with the marketing team and other key stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure the production of required materials is of a high standard
Present / explain concepts and videos to internal / external clients
Translate communication strategies into effective video solutions across a diverse range of projects
Maintain videos in CBREs Brand Experience Center and Digital Asset Library, including property videos, corporate treatments, and general city shots
Art direct videography of external vendors
Handle multiple tasks and meet specified deadlines, and when necessary, organize workload around changing priorities, display strong organizational skills
Ensure flexibility in working overtime when required on urgent projects
Always act legally and within the parameters of accepted business practice. Undertake no course of action that may result in legal action against CBRE or otherwise bring the company into disrepute
Be efficient with the use of company resources and ensure costs are within budgets
Undertake other duties and tasks as your manager may reasonably direct from time to time
Requirements :
Minimum 7 years of working experience in being a videographer and motion graphics (including technical filming, video editing, and animation)
Have a passion for creative storytelling through video
Possess creative flair in video content creation such as product / building / space videography / photography, lifestyle photography, graphics, motion and videography
Positive self-starter with a constant desire to explore new ways of delivering results and engage with our stakeholders
Proficient in video editing software (Adobe Creative Cloud including Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Animate, and Audition)
Additional proficiency in graphic design software (Illustrator and InDesign) will be a significant plus
Possess an excellent command of English. Cantonese and Mandarin are a plus but not a necessity
Strong creative sense with an eye for aesthetic standards, meticulous yet adventurous, high personal standard
Must be able to prioritize, multi-task, and work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
