Our Client is a Japanese Famous Shopping Mall, now they are founding a experiences HR staff to support their team

Job Description :

• Comfortable with startup environment and large scale recruitment events

• Responsible for full recruitment and employment process for office & retail front line staff, including but not limited to formulating job descriptions, CV screening, interview, offer management, on boarding and off boarding management

• Schedule and attend job / career fairs to generate qualified candidates

• Develop and implement effective recruiting plans & strategies for our department store in HK

• Oversee full cycle recruitment activity and striving to improve the result

• Maintain network of contacts to identify potential sources of candidates

• Monitor and ensure that the recruitment budget is effectively utilized

Requirements :

Minimum Diploma / Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent

• 3-4 years of relevant working experiences in recruitment; preferably in supermarket, F&B, FMCG and frontline retail will be highly advantageous

• Strong interpersonal communication skills and meticulous personality

• Highly adaptable in a fast-paced working environment

• High energy individual who is positive, confident, passionate and flexible with a can-do attitude

• Excellent organizational skills with a strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese

• Candidates with more experienced can be considered as Recruitment Manager
