Reporting to the Head of TA, the strategic sourcing function is responsible for supporting the overall TA strategy by providing market intelligence and direct sourcing strategies to identify and attract suitable candidates across all Divisions and Functions.
This includes mapping, networking and pipelining business critical and key talent in the external market and cultivation of candidates for both current and anticipated resourcing needs to fulfil the business strategies and goals.
You will :
Strategize with TA Recruiters on direct candidate sourcing strategy and candidate outreach to target and attract suitable candidates to fulfil current resourcing requirements and ongoing workforce plans
Proactively direct source and engage with talent through social media, networks, competitive intelligence / research and other innovative channels
Identify and assess appropriate internal applicants who are interested in current internal job openings and future internal mobility
Pre-screen and present a qualified long list of internal and external candidates to TA Recruiters and Hiring Managers for consideration
Proactively develop and manage talent pipelines and databases for current and future business initiatives
Provide TA Recruiters, hiring managers and other internal stakeholders with market intelligence regarding the talent community / the competition and industry trends
Work with TA Recruiters to engage with active and passive candidates on an ongoing basis to ensure the candidate community is attracted to our EVP and remain connected with us
Explore and recommend creative, innovative and cost-effective direct sourcing channels for best R.O.I.
You should :
a tertiary qualification ideally in a HR discipline
at least 4 years of candidate sourcing experience in sizable company and / or recruitment agencies.
demonstrated capability on passive candidate direct outreach, engagement, cultivation;
a service-oriented mindset with excellent interpersonal skills necessary to interact with people at all levels
In-depth, hands-on experience in TA functional capabilities and candidate evaluation
Excellent proficiency in written & spoken English, and Chinese. Fluency in Putonghua will be an advantage
Ability to prioritise multiple tasks
