Our Catering Department manages one of the largest and most diverse catering operations in Hong Kong. We provide a wide range of catering, sports and recreation facilities for Members and their guests in three Clubhouses.
In addition, both Happy Valley and Sha Tin Racecourses have numerous catering facilities used by Members, non-members and corporate organizations for a variety of functions.
You will :
Greet and serve our Members and their guests in a professional manner in Western fine dining restaurant and bar
Proactively recommend to members the best possible and suitable wines to complement the food
Demonstrate showmanship during interactions with Members and guests
Provide consistent, high quality beverage and service to Members and their guests
Responsible for cleaning all glasswares and maintaining the cleanliness of the bar area
Keep the service standard at top quality and achieve high level of customer satisfactions
Maintain the high level of hygiene and quality standard for the restaurant and bar
You should have :
5 years' related restaurant experience is required
Experience in hotels & clubs
Good bar and cocktail knowledge with innovative idea
Good communication skills in both English and Chinese

The level of appointment will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
