Senior Retail Support Officer

Co-ordinate and communicate with different parties / departments and act as one of the main contact point between support center and stores
Prepare and update reports for management review
Provide the administrative support to Sales & Operations Team
Assist on projects coordination and provide administrative support during the whole project cycles
Assist in reviewing current workflow and procedures to improve productivities
Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisor
Do you have experience in retail support?
Higher Diploma or above in business related discipline
Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in retail industry, preferred with FMCG background
Familiar with Operations workflows and procedures
Ability to work independently, self-motivated, well organized and efficient
Analytical and logical mindset
Proficient in computer skill (i.e. MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Chinese Word Processing)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
