The Role
In this challenging, hands-on role, you will be part of a small team in our Center of Excellence working directly with business stakeholders and end-users to understand their business context, refine requirements and build reliable, integrated, connected planning solutions in Anaplan.
In addition to creating models, dashboard, integration process etc., you will provide end-user training, documentation and be the first point of escalation for support issues.

Responsibilities
Documents and confirms user stories from business
Builds lists, modules, and dashboards supporting business processes
Unit test configurations
Point of contact for end user questions and feedback
Serves as second level of support for defect resolution
Implements best practices and standards as defined by Master Anaplanner
Requirements
8 to 10 years of overall experience preferably within FP&A in a global organization
Anaplan configuration expertise with >
1-year experience
Financial, data or general Excel analyst background, ability to create / manipulate Pivot Tables, proficient in SQL
Familiarity with Oracle ERP and Salesforce.com a plus
Functional and business-facing communication skills
Intellectually curious analytical problem-solver
Self-directed and independent learner
Dedicated to optimizing processes and user experiences
Strong English communication skills, written and verbal
Open to work on 24 / 5 environment since handling Global position
