What you'll do :
Identify short-term and long-term direction and resource needs to acquire new users and manage consistent business growth
Lead, provide global strategic direction, and oversee implementation of the Acquisition Marketing Team with below functions :
Acquisition & Activation Channel Management
Lead the global marketing team to drive alignment with local marketing teams on user acquisition and activation strategy (online & offline)
Plan, monitor & improve all acquisition efforts being run on various channels including paid social, search, programmatic, affiliate, offline events...etc.
Define core metrics that control and measure marketing spend & define acquisition budgeting planning processes
Spearhead the strategic and tactical execution of marketing campaigns, including design of test / control segmentation, implementation of tests, tracking, reporting, analysis, and recommendations
Build an efficient and conversion of driver & user marketing funnel and deploy cross channel campaigns.
Explore new channel and technology to improve the acquisition performance
Identify and evaluate needs from city to drive the product roadmap
Incentive Bonus Management
Manage the User Acquisition subsidy globally, support our business by combining data insights and local market intelligence to optimize commercial settings to achieve the highest return on investment
Setup process to work with the local team on distributing subsidy through a centralized platform to various acquisition channels
Digital Marketing & Social Media
Accountable for the management of all social media channels, implement global social media strategies to increase consumer acquisition and community engagement
Manage the global SEO and ASO strategy and ensure execution in local level
Monitor digital trends and technology innovations, with aims to further improve the business overall effectiveness in campaign performance and user growth
Partnership
Explore, recommend and deal with new channels or brands to establish Lalamove brand presence and drive business growth
Develop the global partnership strategy, conduct partnership selection and negotiation
What you'll need :
10+ years of experience in marketing with strong experience in Performance Marketing and managing digital campaigns to drive business result
Strong understanding of digital marketing technologies, digital advertising technology, and channel ecosystems
Outstanding analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills; sharp attention to detail.
Previous experience in working in a Tech Startup or On-Demand delivery company would be a huge plus
Excellent communication & negotiations skills - to be able to communicate with city teams, external vendors and partners
Have the ability to create something from nothing, identify a game plan, get results and embrace for ambiguity with the mentally of "if at first, you don't succeed, try, try again"
Data and results-driven with exceptional detail and knowledge around metrics, KPI, ROI analysis and A / B testing
Good business acumen
Familiarity with performance KPI's : CPA, CPC, CPM, Attribution and LTV
