Responsibilities

  • Directly responsible for project management functions relating to contract packaging customer base, including interaction with the customer's decision makers.
  • Builds order specifications, prepares material plans, places orders for materials with pre-approved vendors, creates bill of materials, enter sales orders in the order entry system, handles miscellaneous invoicing, and maintains appropriate records.
  • Supports sales in quoting and estimating projects and less complex displays by applying established pricing methodologies.
  • Prices under established margins and delivers quotations. Validates sales contracts and purchase orders; ensures agreements are in place and properly managed.

  • Investigates and resolves customer complaints by involving appropriate departments within facility. Seeks guidance for process solutions;
  • limited authority to resolve issues within current processes.

  • Form 5 or above
  • Entry level through 5 years of customer relations experience.
