Senior Retail Marketing Executive (1-year Fixed Term Contract)

Job Mission :

The incumbent will work closely with the Retail Marketing Manager to translate the client strategy to relevant and impactful retail activation in order to recruit new customers and retain loyal customers, as well as to ensure the effective implementation and execution of retail activation / events under the leadership of his / her manager.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Support Retail Marketing Manager to formulate client-centric local market strategies and initiatives to create exceptional customer engaging experience
  • Work closely with Retail Marketing Manager to translate the retail marketing strategies into retail marketing initiatives / activities
  • Support Retail Marketing Manager in exploring new channels and ideas on promotion and third party collaborations to generate and drive quality footfall to boutiques, and for new customer acquisition
  • Orchestrate retail activation / events implementation and execution including but not limited to Boutique Events, Podiums in malls, Beauty Boxes, Pop-up Stores, etc.
  • with strong collaboration with internal teams so as to create an exceptional customer experience in events / client engagement activities

  • Strong partnership with Client Engagement & Omni-channel team to bring to life a unique and immersive client journey with an exceptional customer experience in events / client engagement activities
  • Negotiate with trade partners / department stores for resources that are with best interest of the House
  • Develop KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness and impact of retail marketing activities / events with tracking and analysis.
  • Transform data into actionable insights, and provide recommendation based on data analytics

  • Monitor market activities and develop in-depth competitive analysis
  • Handle ad hoc marketing projects and tasks as assigned
  • Person Specifications :

    Academic / Professional Qualifications

  • Degree qualification
  • Work Experience

  • At least 5 years of marketing / CRM / Retail Marketing experience, with solid experience in event management (small and large scale).
  • Luxury retail, FMCG or trade industry will be preferred.

    Required Competencies

  • Strong project management skills in developing and implementing initiatives and possess the ability to solve problems promptly and effectively
  • Able to work independently and proactively
  • Analytical, very attentive to details and accurate
  • Well organized and excellent communication & organizational skills
  • A team player and able to work under pressure
  • Strong computer literacy in Microsoft words, excel and power point is a must
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
