for a high caliber candidate for the following position :

Accountabilities :

Take a proactive role in developing, implementing and evaluating corporate affairs and impact strategies

Provide strategic communications, public affairs and ESG advice to the management

Establish and maintain a strong media network

Engage stakeholders and establish a strong community

Drive internal communications by collaborating with various departments

Curate and manage external communications content, including but not limited to social media, website, corporate video, corporate brochure and other branding communications materials and events

Monitor regulatory trends, identify opportunities and provide strategic recommendations to the management

Prepare, manage and recover from potential issues or crises

Lead a small team of communications professionals

Other relevant responsibilities

Professional should :

A degree from a recognisable university;

At least ten years of working experience, with at least three of which in managerial grade or above

A strong understanding in at least three of the following disciplines : corporate communications, public affairs, crisis management, sustainability / ESG, marketing communications, media relations and internal communications

A self-starter with an innovative mindset and a can-do spirit

Superior organisation and project management skills

Strong interpersonal and communications skills

Capability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment

Proficiency in English, Cantonese and Putonghua

Journalist / agency background is a plus
