Our client is a top tier Luxury Retail brand with a significant growth in the market.
Report directly to the HR VP and manage the C&B team to effective the daily operations
Formulate C&B strategies and plans with short to long term vision to fulfill the business and operational needs as well as the market competitiveness
Establish, review, streamline and execute C&B policies and guidelines as well as ensure the compliance of relevant regulation
Responsible for all round C&B issues for the APAC region, including but not limited to salary & benefits benchmarking, payroll & taxation, etc.
Manage the expatriate package and other administrative issues
Requirement : :
Bachelor degree holder or above
6+ years solid experience in regional C&B function, preferably gained from retail industry
Familiar in regional payroll, taxation and salary benchmarking
Good leadership skill with strong numerical sense
Excellent command in both English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
