The Product Owner reports to the Global Product Owner for the asset management business and is responsible for owning the end to end delivery of the JPM Morgan Salesforce capabilities in region, aligning the regional plans to the global roadmap for CRM, sales / distribution facing applications and integration points in partnership with the Global Product Owner and regional stakeholders.

This role calls for an entrepreneurial and innovative Product Owner with a track record as a Salesforce Product Owner background and experience in working with teams of data specialists and data scientists, distribution specialists, engineers and designers to develop successful roll outs, following lean best practices in an agile framework.


Understand J.P. Morgan Asset Management’s business and distribution strategy, competitive assets, and market position to deliver a CRM experience that amplifies and supports the AM sales and client facingcommunity

Develop an expert understanding of the CRM landscape, keep on top of the Salesforce roadmap and strategy, industry news and the CRM ecosystem

Work with cross functional / disciplinary teams to design a target state vision and a roadmap for the Salesforce platform and key integration points

Define the Salesforce capabilities required to enable the vision

With partners as required and appropriate, develop a roadmap focusing on 5 core foundational areas :

Mobility (device agnostic access to tools, data, information and capabilities anytime, anywhere) Workflow automation Enhanced dashboarding and reporting capabilities and visualisation Marketing Cloud integration and interoperability

Translate requirements and specifications for features into user stories and associated acceptance criteria; partner with the digital UI / UX team and engineering to follow through to execution

Prioritize functional and non-functional requirements in line with the business’s overall strategy

Participate in sprint planning and other agile ceremonies to lead technical development as part of a global team, which requires coordination across multiple time zones

Engage with senior Regional stakeholders to effectively define regulatory and system requirements

Align and drive toward a global platform versus regional bespoke functionality

Integrate usability studies, research and user analysis into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction

Understand impediments to adoption and drive toward overcoming them

Define and track Salesforce product KPIs and evaluate business impact

Manage regional Business Analysts to ensure quality, consistency and continuity of work

Participate in global governance forums.Serve as the voice of the Region


10+ years as a proven Salesforce Product Owner in a multinational Asset or Wealth management organization

Experience in successful sales and distribution Salesforce deployments and usage

4+ or more years of product management and / or business analysis

Proven project management experience

Proven track record of driving consensus across multiple stakeholders with differing approaches

Strong presentation skills

Experience in building Salesforce communities of practice

Experience working inside of a global team across time-zones

Experience with agile software development frameworks

Experience performing hands-on prototyping and sketching a plus


A passion for distribution digital enablement and solutioning

A strong sense of ownership and accountability

Agile-minded with ability to pivot and iterate rapidly

Able to handle multiple workstreams effectively

Depth and experience in process automation and augmentation and business process reengineering

Speaking to targeted audiences : the ability to communicate technical information to

non-technical stakeholders and business and functional requirements to non-business stakeholders

Self-starter with a demonstrated record of exceptional work

Strong experience with user testing using data synthesis and analysis
