Job Description : Main Responsibilities :
Main Responsibilities :
Responsible for clerical work and perform general administrative support such as data-entry meeting room booking
Arrange the document mailing, photocopying, scanning and printing.
Maintain an effective filing for both hard copy and electronic filing in company share drive
To ensure the documents filled in a proper location
Regular updated project information to company share point i.e. workspace
Ad hoc assignments as required
Accounts payable input
Assisting the Project Co-ordinator with financial / account reporting
Job Requirement :
DSE / Form 7 graduated or above
1 to 2 year working experience is preferred
Fluent English is a must, good communication and interpersonal skills in English and Chinese
Detail-minded, work under pressure and self-motivated
Good PC skills including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
Quick learner with fast typing skill is preferable.
3 â 6 months contract and subject to renewal, 5 days work in Admiralty, Mon to Fri 0900 â 1800, Salary 14k-
18k per month depends on experience
