Purpose

Overall Relevance for the Organization :

  • Support in driving supply base strategy through planning and allocation, strategic projects and process improvements
  • Key Responsibilities :

  • Support sourcing strategic projects with Footwear stakeholders and beyond
  • Conduct data analysis, scenario simulation and industry best practice benchmarking for allocation strategy and to identify trends, provide recommendations
  • Support process improvement initiatives with cross- functional / divisional teams
  • Drive and facilitate round table style workshop and discussions with senior stakehold
  • Key Relationships :

  • Footwear Sourcing Operations team
  • Planning teams in different countries
  • stakeholders beyond Sourcing

    Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications :

  • Strong Excel, Powerpoint, prior internship experience is a plus
  • Required language skills :

  • English
