Assistant Logistics Manager (Inventory Management)

Responsibilities :

  • Manage stock planning, replenishment and inventory control in our assigned markets
  • Co-ordinate with warehouse and transportation teams, front end and various departments to ensure a smooth supply chain system
  • Manage shortage and excessive arrangement for assigned markets
  • Monitor order fulfillment rate and back order situations
  • Prepare analytical reports to minimize zero stock & non-fresh stock across regions
  • Prepare management reports, formulate and implement improvement plan
  • Requirements :

  • Degree holder with a major in Supply Chain Management or Logistics Management
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in supply chain management
  • Experience in China / overseas market, FMCG and retail industry is preferred
  • Experience in ERP system, such as SAP, Oracle is an added advantage
  • Independent, analytical, self-motivated with strong numerical sense and logical thinking
  • Hardworking, organized and with a strong sense of responsibility, able to work under pressure and meet deadline with high accuracy
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese; fluent in Putonghua is a MUST
  • Familiar with Microsoft Excel, Word and Chinese Word Processing is preferred
