To cope with the continuous business expansion, we are now seeking for a Talent Business Partner to join our People team in our function office based in Hong Kong.

What you will do :

  • Successfully source, hire and onboard high calibre candidates to join our business and operations teams.
  • Develop recruiting strategies to find the best ways of sourcing world class talents
  • Act as a brand ambassador of our values - Passion, Grit, Humility & Execution when connecting with prospective talent and stakeholders in the business
  • Utilise your s expertise to act as a bridge with stakeholders, be in charge of the full 360 degree lifecycle recruiting process and be a strong influencer internally and externally
  • Partner with stakeholders to facilitate people frameworks including but not limited to talent management, performance, C&B, organisational development, culture and more
  • What we seek :

  • Previous experience in doing high volume recruitment- you are not just a regular Recruiter, you will have a solid understanding of the Hong Kong talent market and recruiting trends as well as be able to stay abreast of the fast paced market conditions
  • Self-driven : you are naturally an over-achiever and want to get things done, with excellent organisational skills, integrity and follow through.
  • You are up for the challenge of hiring 0strong business people to cope with our rapid expansion.
  • Passionate : you have a positive outlook on everything and pass the same vibe onto others, internally and externally.
  • Execution : you have experience gained from working in intense recruiting environments and you’re innovative, highly creative and have high standards when it comes to providing top notch hiring / onboarding experience to our candidates.
  • Gritty : besides being charismatic and can talk to anyone and gain rapport easily, you are not afraid of challenges and don’t give up until the goal is met!
  • Humility : you never say no, always believe in self-improvement and development, can learn quickly from mistakes and open to feedback.
  • You are a team player. You're willing to help out wherever needed to support the team!
  • What you'll need :

  • At least 3 years of recruiting experience gained from either agency or in-house environment required
  • Direct sourcing and headhunting expertise
  • Excellent communicator, energetic and strong presentation skills in small group settings or in front of a large audience
  • Fluent in both English and Chinese (Cantonese or Mandarin)
  • Social media recruiting knowledge
