Role Descriptions

Responsible to maintain smooth operation including account receivables, billing and credit activities as well as ensure all routines and analysis reports are completed accurately on a timely basis.

Monitor the special billing arrangements for groups and conventions as required to ensure that postings are in line with customer contracts.

Reconcile Master accounts for in house conferences daily where appropriate. Pursue collection of overdue accounts to ensure receivable balances remain within hotel credit terms and approved credit limits.

Assist Director of Finance to ensure all departments to comply with hotel control policies and procedures.

Job Requirements

Experience Minimum seven (7) years experience in equivalent role in hotel industry

Education Bachelor’s degree in Finance or relevant discipline

Language skills Fluent in Cantonese and English
