Job Description :

The job incumbent will be responsible for providing the highest level of quality service to premier customers by resolving technical issues through the dedicated hotline

  • Work location : Sha Tin
  • 42.5 working hours per week, work shifts between 8am 8pm (including weekends & public holidays)
  • Requirements :

  • Diploma or above in Information Systems / Information Technology / Computer Studies or related discipline, with qualification / certification of computer study (e.
  • g. MCP, MCSE etc) preferred

  • 1 year’s relevant experience in technical service / support, familiar with broadband / mobile would be an advantage (candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Executive)
  • Customer-oriented, enthusiastic & self-motivated
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of English and Chinese
