Responsibilities

  • Craft new sales proposals and contract renewals
  • Contact customers about their account
  • Perform back-office sales tasks to support Account Executives as needed
  • Maintain digital and physical records of invoices and contracts
  • Identify new revenue prospects
  • Follow up prospects / clients’ inquiries
  • Form 5 or above
  • Experience in customer service roles is a plus
  • Fluent English, Cantonese and Mandarin ( must )
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Time-management abilities
