Responsibilities

Manage and monitor technology application and infrastructure to ensure that high level of systems availability, security and performance standards are maintained.

  • Anti-virus service, detection and remediation.
  • Security implementation, monitoring and remediation including controls related PCI, SOX and various other General computing Controls (GCC).
  • Maintain Windows SCCM.
  • Microsoft Exchange and Office 365 email systems installation and maintenance.
  • Administer , maintain hardware / software systems, on premise and cloud based systems, such as office automation systems (teleconferencing, telephone, safety / security) and IT server systems (Windows Server 2008 R2 / 2012 / 2016, Hyper-V, Office 365).
  • Review of server infrastructure, including taking proactive measures to ensure continued stability and assist in the development and / or revision of server based standards, guidelines and policies.
  • Support end-user access, operation and troubleshooting of enterprise software applications.
  • Support the Microsoft Active Directory infrastructure.
  • Create, maintain systems documentation.
  • Daily support and troubleshooting of all server issues.
  • Experience with design and architectural review of the Hyper-V-environment.
  • Provide advanced level windows / Hyper-V maintenance, administration, and troubleshooting in an enterprise environment.
  • Implement, operate and troubleshoot hardware on HP, Lenovo or any other server hardware in the Datacenter.
  • Work closely with US IT counterparts to provide technical support to users on corporate system / applications(Dynamics ERP, Office 365 to include email, Skype and PowerBl, TradeCard, video conferencing, T&E systems, etc).
  • Provide user trainings, troubleshoot and resolve any problems.

  • Work closely with Global IT in various projects' planning, user testing, rollout & implementation. Communicate and provide necessary trainings to local users.
  • Support on Wi-Fi and approved Mobile devices (i.e. Android, iOS, etc).
  • Perform any ad-hoc tasks / projects as assigned by the superior.
  • Form 5 or above

  • Minimum of 5 years of related experience and / or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Solid Support Skills in Windows OS, Microsoft Office, PC, networking; Experience in server support a plus.
  • Working Knowledge of Hyper-V.
  • Excellent understanding of storage, network and hardware technologies.
  • Strong knowledge of standard networking protocols such as SMTP, DCHP, DNS. LDAP and others.
  • Microsoft Office 365.
  • Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
  • High organizational skills, self-motivated, ability to multitask, and able to work independently and in teams.
  • Ability to deliver under pressure and on a tight schedule, manage users' expectation.
  • Good interpersonal, communication & presentation skills.
  • Positive and can-do attitude. Attention to details. Exceptional organizational skills.
  • Ability to recognize and resolve problems quickly using sound judgment and diplomacy.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and able to work independently and multi-tasking.
  • Immediate available is preferred.
