Responsibilities :

  • Propose corporate culture promotion plans and draft promotional materials;
  • Review human resources policies, make suggestions, draft reports or circulars;
  • Conduct external or internal information / data collection, compilation and analysis;
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support and follow up enquiries;
  • Other ad-hoc projects
  • Requirements :

  • Degree with major in Human Resources Management, Finance and Economics, Accounting, Business Administration or relevant discipline
  • Proactive, innovative, attentive to details, critical thinking, eager to learn and with positive attitude
  • Good analytical, communication and inter-personal skills required
  • Prior working experience in banking industry is preferred
  • Proficiency in computer software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word-processing
  • Excellent Chinese and English writing skills required and preferably fluent in Mandarin and English speaking
