Our client is a FT500 IT&T organization with global expansion and now looking for potential incumbents to join their team.
Manage the sales trend and performance for different regional markets and hence to formulate various sales strategies to maximize the profit towards the business objectives
Monitor the operation and streamline the procedure to effective the day-to-day operational tasks, such as sales analysis, dispute resolution, etc.
Develop and review sales related policies to enhance the effectiveness of sales result as a whole, including but not limited to account management, sales compensation and incentive schemes, etc.
Drive, motivate and lead for implementation of various sales strategies and plans with Sales Head of different regions as well as identify the gap and hence to provide necessary supports to minimize the variance
Perform sales forecast and develop KPIs through comprehensive analysis of sales and market trends
Requirement : :
Bachelor Degree or above in Business Studies, Accounting, Computer Science or related discipline
5 years’ relevant experience in wholesales management, preferably gain from IT&T industry
Background with regional exposure is definitely an advantage
Strong business sense and analytical skill, ability to drive for changes and sales achievement
Good knowledge in MS Excel, Word, Powerpoint and Chinese word processing
Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
