Reporting to Head of People Development and Sales Effectiveness, you will be responsible for coaching new sales people, designing individual improvement plan and motivating employees of various seniority.


  • Act as a consultant to sales people and provide helpful advice on coping with job-related challenges
  • Assist onboard and train new salespeople
  • Identify individual and team training needs
  • Develop educational material, including presentations, sales scripts and case studies
  • Set periodic (weekly, monthly) performance development objectives for the salesperson
  • Evaluate employees’ performance after each coach session
  • Monitor growth of target salesperson
  • To meet the challenge, you should have the following qualifications and attributes :

  • Tertiary Education or above
  • 1-2 years working experience as a , Sales Trainer or similar role / 3 years or above working experience as Frontline Sales
  • Familiarity with role-playing activities
  • Hands-on experience creating presentations (e.g. videos or slides)
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate people
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Additional coaching / training certification is a plus
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
