Assistant Manager/Manager, Fixed Asset Management

Main Responsibilities

  • Support daily operations on the fixed asset area
  • Assist in month-end closing
  • Prepare reports, reconciliation and schedules
  • Prepare and co-ordinate with leasing vouchers under HKFRS 16
  • Support implementation of system projects
  • Arrange and coordinate stocktaking and inspection of fixed asset
  • Establish suitable process, policies & procedures and internal control
  • Participate in ad-hoc assignments
  • Requirements

  • University degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related disciplines, preferably with a recognized professional accounting qualification
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience, prior fixed asset management experience will be an advantage
  • Proficiency in spoken and written Chinese and English, fluency in Putonghua is a must
  • Self-motivated and able to work under pressure
  • Good communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
