Job Resopnseibiltes :
Achieve or exceed individual sales plan
Utilize exemplary strategic selling skills to effectively identify customer needs and close sales
Deliver customer service excellence through words and action; Engage every customer in an interaction that results in the highest level of customer satisfaction
Positively contribute to the store's delivery of the clienteling
Independently resolve all customer issues up to the maximum level permitted under the established retail guidelines
Previous retail or luxury retail experience or relevant customer related experience
Proven track record in achieving sales results.
Willingness to work non-traditional business hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, customer service skills and the ability to prioritize while handling multiple tasks is required.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Store Manager & Retail Supervisor :
Foster a store environment of Service Excellence and make staff accountable for demonstrating the behaviours that enhance customer engagement and loyalty
Coach all staff to the company's concept and develop the necessary skills to ensure consistent delivery of great customer services
Assess local market opportunities to develop a proactive and effective customer development strategy to drive new customer acquisition
Hold periodical performance review meetings with all members of staff in order to identify and leverage strengths, and to close any identified skill gaps through appropriate coaching and training
Communicate needs for special events and provide timely Creative Visual Merchandising feedback
University degree graduated
Minimum of 5-7 years of luxury retail management experience
Familiarity with Business Sales and Operations Management
Experience with Merchandise Processing Systems (MIPS), Retail Inventory Tracking System (RITS), Sales Clerk Inquiry (SCI), and POS
Experience with Quality Monitoring Technology
Willingness to work non-traditional business hour
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office software, especially Microsoft Word and Excel
