Responsibilities :
Provide support in consultancy office administration, removal plan and enquiries handling
Implement sales resources allocation policy and operating guidelines for consultancy office
Chase overdue debts by letter to debtors for payment status and handle enquiries
Prepare and send out demand letters for debt collection
Follow up and solve any incorrect debt collection complaints
Update and maintain up-to-date debt collection matter in the collection system and prepare the related report
Coordinate the projects progress, requirements and support in UAT
Requirement :
University graduate with minimum 4 years of relevant experience in the insurance and financial industry
Experience in one or more of the following areas strongly preferred : Sales channel administration and support Account receivable Project management
Strong communication and influencing skills
Detail-minded with good problem-solving skills
Good PC knowledge, familiar with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Good command of English & Chinese in both spoken and written, including Putonghua
