Job Description :

We are hiring Manager, Quality Assurance, Risk Management, Contracts & Training.

  • Establish a quality system to monitor compliance with the requirements of AOC and authorities
  • Develop documented procedures and service standards in the ground operations processes
  • Develop Service Level Agreement (SLA) and quality assurance models for monitoring & communicating GHA performance
  • Develop and implement appropriate Quality Assurance, Risk Management & Business Continuity Plans to meet the business and operational need
  • Develop and implement staff development plans for the department
  • Assist Ground Operations Director in sourcing and / or renewing contracts related to the department, and ensuring timely, accurate verification of invoices
  • Job Details :

  • Degree in Safety and Quality Management System or equivalent
  • 10 years airline operations experience with 5 years at senior position in Airline Operations Department
  • Knowledge and experience in Safety Management System, Quality Management System (QMS), Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S), IOSA Auditor training and Crew Resources Management System (CRM)
  • Good knowledge of all aspects related to airline safety, security, operations, and regulatory requirements
  • Effective communication skills in spoken and written English, Cantonese and / or Mandarin
  • Strong planning, analytical and problem solving skills
  • Ability to multi-task, lead and manage in high pressure and time critical environment
  • High integrity, results oriented, and creative
  • Intermediate level of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access), and IT skills
  • Managerial skills - Ability to delegate work, set clear direction and manage workflow. Strong mentoring and coaching skills.
  • Ability to train and develop subordinate's skills. Ability to foster teamwork among team members
