Main Responsibilities :

  • Monitor the performance and service quality of hotel management agent for CCBA self-owned hotel
  • Manage the third party hotel management agent and ensure that the property is in good working order
  • Maintain the good guest services standard and quality to guests
  • Ensure efficient and quality front line guest services at all time
  • Maintain smooth relationships between management and guests, resolve problems arising from guests complaints and attend inquiries with dispatch and report all guest complaints, compliments, and suggestion to the management
  • Plan and organise accommodation, catering and other hotel services
  • Plan work schedules for individuals and teams
  • Manage budgets and financial plans and control expenditure
  • Maintain good communication with different stakeholders
  • Prepare the annual budget and budget control of corporate property
  • Ensure events and conferences run smoothly
  • Supervise maintenance, supplies, renovations and furnishings
  • Monitor the performance and service quality of catering services provider for all CCBA hospitality services
  • Act as a Project Manager in relation to the renovation / improvement projects. Attend project progress meetings, and ensure timely completion of projects within the approved budget
  • Ensure security is effective
  • Carry out inspections of property and services
  • Ensure compliance with licensing laws, health and safety and other statutory regulations.
  • Prepare regular reports, operation proposal or plans for management review
  • Take up ad hoc assignments for any bank premises when requested
  • DisplayQualifications("- Degree / Master holder in Hotel Management, Facility Management or related discipline

  • At least 10 years experience in hospitality industries, with minimum 3 years experience on supervisory level
  • A member of relevant professional organizations preferable
  • Self-driven, able to work proactively and independently, excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in spoken and written Chinese and English. Fluency in Putonghua an advantage
  • Good writing skills in Chinese and English
  • Good customer oriented with ability to handle complaints and problems in a timely, accurate and efficient manner
  • Proficient in computer skills Requirements : - Degree / Master holder in Hotel Management, Facility Management or related discipline
