Sales Operations Officer
Your Role
The job holder will provide sales operations support for our commercial mobile business of HKT
Perform data entry on service provisioning for customer orders in system
Perform quality check for daily order entry and assist to prepare daily operations reports
Handle email and phone enquiry from internal parties regarding the service provisioning status
Manage customer documents and provide document retrieval support
Participate in system and workflow enhancement testing
To succeed in this role
Diploma or above, DSE holders with two years related working experience will also be considered
Detail-minded, well organized and with good interpersonal skill
Willing to take up extra tasks and ability to work under fast paced environment
Good PC skills, familiar with MS Office is an advantage
Good command of both spoken and written English & Chinese
