Officer - IT (Hosting Services - Customer Services)
HKEX Hosting Services offers the most reliable, deterministic and lowest latency co-location services to key market participants and service providers creating an open and interactive ecosystem for a vibrant securities and derivatives markets.
The ecosystem enhances the e-trading reliability and efficiency and contributes a significant portion of trade flow for HKEX markets.
We are looking for a high caliber talent with proven experience on customer engagement. Candidate should have a strong customer service oriented mindset to enhance customer experience and foster customer success.
Job Responsibilities :
Process efficient delivery and tracking of customer service processes in daily operational services, such as service requests, event notifications, enquiries and feedbacks
Perform day-to-day communications with Subscribers through telephone or email, maintain good relationship with Subscribers, and liaise with internal counterparts for aligning responses for Subscriber's issues
Provide regular performance reports and administrative support duties- Manage customers issues and follow problems through to resolution
Undertake any other assignments and projects as assigned by the supervisor
Diploma or above in Computer Science or related disciplines
Possess 2 years or above of customer service experience, preferably in market connectivity and data centre field
Knowledge in trading applications and technologies preferably
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to work with accuracy
Self-motivated, meticulous and customer-oriented
Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese; proficiency in Putonghua an advantage
