Description
Carry out root cause analysis of system defects and manage Vendors to fix the identified defects
Assure the quality of the system fixes / resolutions / enhancements proposed by Vendors and subsequent implementation into production under tight schedule
Ensure smooth up and running of the system interface between the Budget System and the ERP System
Co-ordinate with users, other IT teams to carry out various maintenance activities Skills :
Higher Diploma / Degree holder in Computer Science or equivalent
At least 6 years of relevant post-qualification working experience
At least 2 year of working experience as a Senior System Analyst
Experienced in Hyperion Essbase / Oracle Hyperion Planning including load rules, calculation scripts, Oracle Data Interchange (ODI) and security in AIX environment
Experienced in SAP FI / CO as the Budgeting and Forecasting Information System is build with interfaces with the ERP system.
And able to trouble shoot SAP interface issues
Functional background in financial reporting
Experienced in Hyperion administration tasks (applications configuration, patching, upgrading, backup, recovery, and process automation)
Ability to create test scenarios / cases, conduct functional testing and support user testing
Working knowledge of SmartView from installation to troubleshooting
Experienced in VBA programming
